And beyond the PK3 entrance year, WIS is actually quite hard to get into. Because of an enrollment cap enforced by the neighborhood, the only spots available are from attrition. Unlike GDS, Maret, Sidwell, etc, they don't have big entrance years for middle or high school. So each year there is only a handful of openings with tons of applicants so they def aren't hurting for students or interest. But, I guess it makes people feel better to put down other schools they don't even know? [/quote]
