Give me a break. The city has the same laws it did before covid so clearly something else is happening.

It sthe enforcement and punishments within the context of those laws that has changed under progressives.  It has made everything worse. Sure, the laws haven't changed much, but the city still let out a teenaged serial killer roam the streets a little while back.

It's enabling lawlessness through lack of justice caused by zero punishment. [/quote]
