Some people see appetite suppression and weight loss immediately, on even the lowest doses (the side effects require you to ramp up fairly slowly to avoid extreme nausea and indigestion) and some people don't see any effects until higher doses which will take months to titrate up to. Some also seem to be non-responders to the drug altogether.[/quote]
