With a hoarder in a hoarded home. My mother “prioritized” her crap over me. I did a lot a therapy and feel much better now.

Well that’s exactly what you did was dismiss and diminish the poster’s experience. Maybe offer support or just not reply if your gut reaction is to discount someone else’s trauma. Seriously.
