[/quote] As an aside: a few people who used to work as hotel cleaning staff told me that on the day of check out the manager would quickly go into the room and grab the tip… so now I don’t tip on the last day unless I see the cleaner in the hallway and ask if my room is on their list and they confirm [/quote]
