Perjury is harder to prove at trial than it may seem.  It also depends what the lie was.  Does anyone have a link to the indictment?

It’s up to the prosecution to make their case. But there’s no reason that Zigler and Bayrd shouldn’t have been indicted if the grand jury believed their was evidence to do so.

LCPS covered up the original crime which led to a second one. Those involved should absolutely be held criminally responsible. [/quote]
