She lived in NW until she was 2.5 and then moved to Bethesda. My husband also says he was born raised in DC even though his trajectory was also NW to Bethesda. As someone from New England with no claim to a big city I can't understand the need to identify as someone born and raised in DC when 99% of your life was lived in MD.[/quote]
