PGCPS will raise this for hard to fill positions- namely Special education, math, and science. MCPS will only raise if you come un with a higher offer from another district. A masters plus 8 is $72k at mcps. Masters plus 30 additional credits plus 8 years of experience is only $75k[/quote]
