Those things are offered since they were created as a loophole to mandated integration. They serve primarily to segregate students. Even within those classes, teachers HAVE to differentiate in order to actually allow for
maximum student growth. The high quality instruction that is supposedly offered in those classes should be open to all students.[/quote]
