Do you even live in this neighborhood, SS? Ward 3’s homeless shelter is just a few blocks from Rosedale. There are apartment buildings up and down Wisconsin Avenue a block or so from Rosedale although more and more buildings throughout this city are being developed into luxury apartment buildings displacing long time renters or into section 8 housing that will become luxury apartments when the section 8 experiment in each building flops [/quote]
