I didn't say "You DID THIS!!!" I told explained what happened and how I feel about it and waited for them to respond. They're not coming back because they're afraid of the neighbors. There are plenty of people who will scrub my toilets, don't worry. If I hadn't told them, I can't control the neighbors. Who knows. Maybe they would have called the cops and then what?
