This is the bait-and-switch that CRT advocates always hide behind, that if you are not making the eighth graders read Kimberle Crenshaw, you are not “teaching” CRT.  The real issue is the teaching of the key premises of CRT while having plausible deniability.  Thus, “equity”, where disparate outcomes are proof of “racism” even when no discriminatory conduct can be identified.  That’s the core concept of CRT.  “White privilege” is also a CRT concept, and that is most certainly being taught in schools.[/quote]
