Good luck everyone![/quote] Checking in at 173.2 today, so lost another 3-4 pounds over the last several weeks. Had the covid booster last weekend and that could be artificially increasing my results a little, but I'm still on a downward trend. Less than 20 lbs left to get to my goal weight of 155. Is that low enough? I'm 5 ft 7 so it's on the upper end of the "normal" scale but I guess I can look at myself when I get there. I think that was my college weight.
