NP. What is it you think he did? Is this about how OW was served publicly? You know the process server and lawyer work that out, right? The client can tell the lawyer (who passes it on to the process server) "She'll be at this hotel on this date for a convention" but it's up to the process server if they approach by knocking on the hotel room door or in the dining room or at the convention. I worked in matrimonial law - I assure you the clients did NOT decide how their spouse  got served. They  gave suggestions of where/when to find them.  If the process server couldn't find them they got creative. [/quote]
