Georgetown requires uploading of vax card, answering health screening, and wearing a mask to tour campus outdoors, with no touring inside buildings. So, yeah, had it; not touring, not applying.
Georgetown employee here just for the sake of keeping things accurate and up-to-date: Georgetown currently requires masks only in formal classroom settings, when class is in session (not library, not dorms, not buildings outside of classrooms) and has not required masks outdoors since early 2021. I’ve seen tours recently—no one is masked. Georgetown does require all students, faculty, and staff to be vaxed and boosted. Fourth booster not required but strongly recommended for those who qualify. If this turns you off, Georgetown definitely isn’t the place for you.
This is stupid. Is covid only present in classrooms when classes are in session? Ridiculous.
Of course not. But in a seminar your child can pick a seat away fro Coughing students. Not so in j lol argh meeting all’s … also you want to be concerned about circulating air in a large meeting hall
