I'm the PP and should have mentioned that we also did the business license. It's like $250 per year. DCRA also now requires inspections every two years and it's good that we did. You find little things that need to be fixed or updated. As long as you're maintaining the place, it's not bad. I feel better knowing that we're keeping things current and safe.[/quote]
