I am an old person already, chief. If you can’t grasp that a 60-something has a limited time left compared to a 40-something, you need to take some remedial biology and math classes.

Most heads of schools are around for less than 10 years. The educators and administrators in my family retired well into their 70s and weren't really ready to retire, so they still work in schools.[/quote]
