My point is that many who advocate gun rights will refer to Nazi Germany gun control over and over again. When you use Nazi Germany as an example, you are starting to bring shades of the other side’s arguments that have been used for years. THAT is why I am saying do not do this. It muddled the message, and also makes the messenger seem as if they lack a deep understanding of 1) 1930s history and 2) gun control fights in the U.S. [/quote]
