No, he was the only one telling the truth about Abbott.  Abbott's comments were bland platitudes.  "The parents need our love."  He did not even allude to gun control and was making excuses.  Good for O'Rourke.

Beto was interrupting and being an ass.  He planned this confrontation - even having people acting as "seat holders."

It could have been had the border agent not taken out the shooter.  Or if the other law enforcement who were there had not engaged him. It could have been much worse.
