Before that episode I was wondering what Harmony's motivation was. Why would someone want to be involved in their work life outside of work? Why is she so involved in the Mark's outie life?

At first I thought the employees were being tested on like lab rats but now I think they are actually doing work.
But I think there's something in their severence brain chip that alters their perception.  The numbers on the screen they have to sort are actually something else.
The items Optics and Design make are not what they seem. Like the watering can and the hatchet might actually be other things like a medical device and a weapon.
And maybe the baby goats aren't actually goats but are human babies.[/quote]
