I know lawyers who went to bottom tier law schools, because that is the only schools that would accept them.

Is that one that I would hire? Of course not.

DP but of course you don't have to be the smartest to get ahead. I'm not sure what the PP is implying. We've all seen someone get ahead who wasn't the brightest but rather had the right connections or knew how to play the game. Sometimes the smartest person had a bad attitude or just pissed off the wrong people and the lack of people skills eventually holds them back.[/quote]
