But that still wouldn't make it ok. And again, they didn't actually tell us "hey by the way, we don't plan on treating CDC and DOH guidance as binding" when we could have taken that into account when making lottery choices. In fact, what we were told all year was "we're being required to do this", and I got no answer when I asked if that was actually the reason or if they planned on having a separate process when mask mandates were lifted.[/quote]
