Yep, most people can “bounce back” after 1. But here’s the deal. I’m 42, and while I’m in shape still and my boobs actually still look amazing - I have no dies how, they’re 34 dd, and I breastfeed two kids for 2 plus years each -
I don’t look the same. My shape is slowly changing, more weight in my belly, less in my thighs. It’s from age, not pregnancy. So, now here I sit, pregnant with my third, and I’m not worried about my body anymore, beyond wanting it to be healthy, which of course means a healthy BMI again. I don’t think the struggle lasts forever, is my point. [/quote]

Same, I’m also 42 and my body isn’t great. Not horrible, and I’ll probably look back at pictures fondly In 10 years, but I’m no bikini model. I was scared to have a third for so long because I was afraid of making my body worse. Now that I’m in my 40’s, I just don’t care…so much. Im now pregnant but there is a huge age gap because of that fear, and I just laugh at myself for caring enough about it that I delayed having another baby for it.  He’s there are women that look like models forever.  Im pretty sure that won’t be me.  I’ll just work on keeping my face pleasant for now:) [/quote]
