They are going to be fine either way and their entry into mls next would not displace SYC. I don’t know where this comes from re SYC because it is demonstrably false. We heard the same thing two years ago and SYC only got stronger at age groups deciding where to play u13-15. McLean and VDA are not in the conversation for top players U13-15, although they have talented players who themselves who could be competitive at DCU tryouts. I don’t think any of this behavior is necessarily rational. But it is what anybody can see at these ages. [/quote]
