Wrong! Use of profanity is not a red card. LAW 12! No where in the laws do they even mention the word profanity. What is a red card is offensive, abusive, or insulting language and/or actions.  A kid making a mistake and saying F is not a red card.  A kid calling another player a slur is.  [/quote]

You just restated the other post.  What do you think profane language is other than “offensive”?  Will it’s use always result in a red card?  Nope.  The other post is correct.  It could result in a red card, but officials will consider the context.  A kid using a swear word while lying on the ground with a broken bone - not going to be a problem.  A kid squaring off against another using a series of f bombs - yep that’s a red.
