You officially have the most direct reading yet!  I asked if you should apply for the new job and received the 5 of Wands.  I asked if you should stay at your current job and received the 2 of Pentacles.

The 5 of Wands is a card of competition.  I feel like you would be up against some other candidates for this position and it could be more difficult than expected.  Plus, it feels like your family would be competing for your attention.  The 2 of Pentacles is about balance and I feel that where you are now is stable and since you already know it, will provide balance.  So I feel like staying where you are may be best for now.  I pulled a confirmation card for the 2 of Pentacles and Abundance came out.  You have everything you need at this moment.
