Back to the topic, my DD is very sick at UVA. Went to the student health center and the doc said probably a cold. He tested her for COVID and she’ll find out tomorrow morning. He told her tons of kids are sick but the vast majority are not testing positive.
Kids get sick this time of year! There are lots of viruses swirling around, and students are tired from being in school and not getting enough sleep, etc. It happens, and most illnesses are not covid.
That's correct. It's called "first year plague" at UVA. Students come from all over the world and bring colds and flu with them. So it's natural that many get sick.
