I was noting that vaccine hesitancy is not one of those issues that breaks down on along racial lines. So it's not likely, as the PP implied, that the firings will result in more diversity. It may have little impact on diversity. The PP also made assumptions about who would be hired as replacements FFs that may also be based on false assumptions.[/quote]
