Again, nobody has said that it is impossible to tell your hair is dyed.  That isn't the point.

But whatever.  Ignore the parts of the world you think are mean.  You want people to think gray-haired women are sexy and attractive, so...they are!  Sure.  Anyone who says otherwise is a meanie and allowing yourself to go gray has no effect on the trajectory of your career.  If your dh is more attracted to women who aren't gray (of course, YOUR husband LOVES your grays and finds you sexier than ever), then their opinions don't matter.  OK.
