I would never pick up on this if it were true, I guess because I'm neurodivergent. If this is a real thing that happens (I'm still skeptical), then it should have happened, it must have happened at some point... but I've only ever figured someone was being weirdly rude to me without knowing me because there's something wrong with *me*.[/quote]

In highschool one of my girlfriends didn't invite me out a few times. I was very hurt and asked her about it. She was frank and said it was because I get all the male attention. I still remember how sad that made me. I never wanted or tried for the attention.[/quote]
