Just help keep the kids organized. I coached my kid's softball and track clubs. All the volunteer parents did was stand there. It's the lazy ones who sit in their car, sit on the bench starring at their iPhone, or just drop their kid off and leave. Again, NO youth club needs all parents to be coaches. Just volunteer to stand there and help. It's not hard. Parents are just lazy.[/quote]
