The fact that there is not a confirmed FDA Commissioner doesn’t matter. The EUA for older children was approved under Acting Director Woodcock. As an aside, it is ridiculous that there hasn’t been a nominee even named yet in the middle of a global pandemic. No insider knowledge. Just what is being reported by mainstream news sources.
