I have to sit all my managers down when they come on board and tell them their job is literally to keep their team together and yes many of them make more then twice as you. If the some of those developers leave, we lose contracts. Typical first year developer gets paid 180k. Our best are mid 300k. And the best of the best are getting eye watering amounts via stock options.[/quote]
