[/quote] the latter. majority of kids in ICU for covid (or dying) have serious other conditions. this is terrible; but cannot be extrapolated to the overall pediatric population risk levels. for example, the recent research from the UK found that 15 out of the 25 children that died of covid in the first year of the pandemic there had serious underlying conditions.
