Take it from a guy that cheated, he’s having an affair.
Take it from a guy who works out a lot, he's not cheating.
Take it from the same guy that cheated, I workout a lot too, but not two hours. Maybe, just maybe, 30-45 minutes of weights and an hour of cardio. But no way on this earth, two hours of weights. If he is, he’s wasting a lot of time between sets. You should know that Mr. Olympia.
I think OP has made it pretty clear that her DH is wasting a bunch of time in this process. Charging the GPS, planning the route. Those are the procrastination techniques of someone who likes having run but isn't super excited to get out there before the run. Then the cool down and stretch. These are super familiar to me - but my kids are 15 and 17 and nobody much gives a shit what I do with my time anymore.
Yeah. Cheater dude not only has a problem with integrity but also reading comprehension. The whole thing takes two hours. The planning, the run, and then the stretching in the cool down. But he’s only gone for 30 to 40 minutes. But also, a two hour workout isn’t crazy. If you’re training for strength, Rest between sets should be 4-6 minutes. So a set of deadlifts or squats can take 30 minutes
