Do you live in that area?  Because I do (not that specific HOA, but just a few miles away) and I certainly do not know of any other pool they could join close by.  Most HOAs have their own pool and do not allow non residents to join.      Can you please tell us the name of these "other pools around" that they could join?[/quote]

It is mostly open for lap swim not really "recreational swim."  I was actually a member there for a while while I was training for swim races.    It's a deep lap pool--no shallow end for just wading or playing "marco polo" or whatever it is kids do these days.

Sounds perfect. These kids have too much energy and no reverence for community property. Let the parents pay an admittance fee for the CPAC and have them do laps all summer in punishment. Will make them better swimmers too![/quote]

Like parents, like children. The mother has a lengthy criminal record and the son looks well on his way. Maybe they need to focus on modeling better behavior instead of frivolous attacks on the local school system and the local HOA.[/quote]
