My understanding - which may be incorrect - is that Skyline was intended to be a bit like Richmond United and pull in all the best talent from clubs in the Charlottesville area - but in practice it just ends up being SOCA's top team plus one or two kids - and up until this year even entered leagues under the name "SOCA Elite".[/quote]
