A lot of the families have made childcare and transportation arrangements around the current Hybrid set-up. It would be very difficult for them to change at this point in the year. Multiple choice here: 1) 100% virtual learning 2) Hybrid/2 days/week with concurrent learning for kids remote. 3) 4 days in-person learning concurrent with kids at home Why is this so damn hard??
