Right! She has nothing to do with that platform and still those clubs fail to send the kids and build their clubs resumes and the child’s portfolio.  She used her connections to do what all Director’s should do which is promote their program. Don’t be salty!

Definitely used her connections.  Thanks for acknowledging that point. It’s abuse of power when a us soccer regional manager hands out accolades to sideline buddies to help build their player profiles.  Maybe other TD’s in ECNL are more selective in who they actually back to maintain respect in the organization.  Lesson here, enjoy and brag about the benefits of who you know while it lasts.  Patterns of behavior won’t change and I’m betting it will continue at the next level.  [/quote]
