My in-laws are Boomers.  “What have you done for me lately?” is their motto.  Yet missed every single one of my child’s birthdays, sacraments, graduations, you name it.  (Been retired for years. Well before we were married) Every time they have words with my DH, they exclaim “ you are out of my will!”.  Keep it. We’d rather you show up once in a while.[/quote]
