Blair on justice and equity in policing, per WaPo:

The thing is, he’s not entirely wrong.  Of course there is room for improvement.  But relatively speaking, policing in MoCo is not the lightening rod issue it is elsewhere.  My hometown is seemingly in the news about police misconduct every other day.  [/quote]
