Perhaps your irresponsible neighbor should have muzzled her dogs, perhaps she should have walked them one at a time, perhaps she should have trained her dogs better, perhaps there should be more legal repercussions for irresponsible dog owners. None of that is breed specific, none of it has anything to do with a shelter adoption and none of it is the dogs' fault.  [/quote]
