My thoughts on why they don't have as much success at the oldest ages is because it's such a small club, they don't get as many of the natural athletes. Those who could make ECNL teams from the beginning won't consider them. With the 06 team they were lucky enough to get a group that trusted them and it's translating to success. If the coaches were to get a chance to work with a athlete pool that the bigger clubs get, it would be an amazing thing to watch what they produce.[/quote]

This is very true. FCGB has to compete to get athletes with much larger/known clubs in the area such as BSC, Potomac and even MSI. [/quote]
