I'm one of the women. I never had more than one glass of wine at a time, and never drank more than once in one week. I would have a glass if we went out to dinner at a restaurant after about 20 weeks, mostly because I was sick as a dog until that point (maybe once every 2-4 weeks), and have sips of my husbands drink if we went to a party or something. I also had the champagne toast at a few weddings (I had three pregnancies).

Do you believe that the above is not accurately described as 'light' drinking?
