This. Somehow it is more acceptable to look like a plastic surgery victim than to have wrinkles and sagging. It is mind boggling. I believe that the industry requires you to either be young, or take a public stance in support of industry standards by having plastic surgery. Even if you look much worst with plastic surgery, you have at least shown your loyalty to industry standards, and will be given work. Otherwise, to the dustbin you go![/quote]
