[quote=Anonymous]I got mine at the end of September and have really enjoyed it so far. Mostly, because, for the first time since college, something has gotten me moving 5 out of 7 days a week. I used to be a competitive athlete, but once I lost the structure of a team sport or individual commitment to training for certain goals/competitions, I completely fell off wagon of fitness. And gym memberships/boutique classes never stuck...I think it was because I didn't like the additional time associated with travel to and from classes, finding time in my limited schedule, or feeling like I was the least fit in the room. I've also always been thin, so losing weight was never a motivator for me to get moving. Peloton makes it very, very easy because its so ACCESSIBLE. I can jump on for 15, 20, 30 mins (my butt gets too uncomfortable to do more than that) whenever I have time, no commute required. I can pick classes that are as hard or easy as I want. No one makes me feel self-conscious because I'm alone in my house. I'm not really in to the "cult" of Peloton, but seeing/hearing so many other people be so into and so motivated is motivating for me too. I enjoy tacking on a 20 min strength classes, I like the yoga, and have really enjoyed the stretching classes as well. For me, its been well worth the money because its the first thing I've found that I could easily commit to doing for even this long. Sounds silly, but five days a week of movement every week since September is a big deal for me. And its been so nice to have a way to move when I'm otherwise stuck in a high-rise condo all day.
