If they enforce the rule it would encourage people not to quarantine due to possible exposure or if they are feeling a little bit sick to not skip practice. Kids should be encouraged to quarantine if there's any risk and that means no penalty if you don't show up all season. Maybe dad's a health care worker and gets exposed regularly but they didn't expect that because he's usually in the cancer ward but they called everyone into the covid ward.[/quote]
