NP. I would never admit it except on an anonymous message board, but I agree 100%. Well, I admit my kids are doing great in DL, but a big reason is because the lessons aren't getting disrupted every ten minutes by the kids who can't keep up or keep their mouths and bodies quiet. The ones who are disruptive have mostly stopped showing up, or else they get muted if they interrupt. It's lovely. Also, my kids can read independently or do Khan Academy during their 100th lesson about social emotional learning. Reasonably bright kids in public school will probably come out just fine after DL. The ones who can't hack it probably weren't kicking ass pre-pandemic, either. [/quote]
