She wasn't allowed to play chess anymore. We know because we saw her approach Schaibel and tell him that she couldn't play and ask him for help (he doesn't respond) and also later there is a flashback to Mrs. What's hername headmistress lady telling her "no more chess". That's all we see because that is all that matters to the character.[/quote]
