[/quote] You need to educate yourself on the actual risks here. Kids don’t nap after 3 in DC schools and transmission rates are extraordinarily low for that age group. WHO doesn’t even recommend mask wearing for kids that age. It is extremely rare for young kids to be vectors for adults. Kids this age have been in day care or preschool for months. I don’t recall seeing tons of headlines about preschool teacher deaths, do you? [/quote] This. Germany just published a report on their daycares (that's up to K age since school starts in 1st grade), which have been open all along without social distancing, and the result was that they are NOT driving spread. Very few cases, no outbreaks. Same appears to be true for elementary schools.[/quote]
